For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Participant”, "you" and "your" refers to (i) the registrant, namely the adult providing personal information about a Player (parent, legal guardian, team coach, and/or team manager) to Verbero Selects Group and who shall be of the age of majority or older in his/her/their jurisdiction of residence and in the jurisdiction where the Verbero Selects Group event or activity for which he/she/they have registered a Player will be located; (ii) any other individual who is of the age of majority who uses our website, any Verbero Selects Group app, and our Services.

This Privacy Policy describes how and why we might collect, store, use, share and in any other way may process your personal data (“Processing Activities”) when you use our Services, namely when you visit our websites, use any Verbero Selects Group app, participate in any Verbero Selects Group events, programs or activities, purchase our products or engage with Verbero Selects Group in any other way (the "Services").

We collect your Personal Information through various means, including when you provide it to us by contacting VerberoSelects Group directly or by using or subscribing for our Services, from our third party registration/data processingservice providers when you register for our Services, when you authorize a third party to provide your PersonalInformation to us (for example when an organizational head/team coach/team manager registers a team for a VerberoSelects Group event), as well as automatically through your use of our website, any apps we offer, or when you connectwith Verbero Selects Group through our various social media platforms. We have set out our collection practices in moredetail below.

We may also collect and assemble certain Personal Information over the course of the delivery of our Services for exampleevent schedules, roster information, participant player statistics, play level and age groups, and other game playinformation (goals, penalty minutes etc.), participant player positions and otherwise. Personal Information that wecollect and assemble over the course of the delivery of our event or activity services may be made publicly availableon our website, any apps we offer or on our social media platforms in connection with our event and activity administrationand operations. Verbero Selects Group also reserves the right to photograph and record Verbero Selects Group events andactivities and Verbero Selects Group may publicly display, distribute or broadcast those photographs/recordings, now or atany point in the future pursuant to provided consents.

Verbero Selects Group may also acquire Personal Information in connection with businesses or business assets that we acquire,which we will administer in accordance with applicable laws.Verbero Selects Group Event and Activities Registration Information(i) Registration/Data Processing Service Providers

In order to provide our Services and to collect Personal Information to facilitate registrations for Verbero Selects Groupevents, activities and other Services, Verbero Selects Group uses the services of third party registration/data processingservice contractors to facilitate your registration and to collect your Personal Information for Verbero Selects Group.When you select to register for a Verbero Selects Group event or activity through our website (whether on an individualbasis or in connection with a team registration), you will be automatically redirected to the applicable Verbero SelectsGroup designated registration/data processing service contractor. As you are using a third party service to complete yourregistration, please note that you will also be subject to third party terms and conditions in addition to those ofVerbero Selects Group. Your Personal Information otherwise remains under the control of Verbero Selects Group.(ii) Parent/Legal Guardian Registrant Requirement

Given the nature of our business and our Services, it may be necessary for us to collect Personal Information concerning usersgenerally as well as registrants (typically organizational heads, team coaches, team managers, parents and legal guardians),participants (players) and teams (full team registrations) depending on the nature of the event, activity or other requestedServices.

Participants may be registered for Verbero Selects Group events or activities through either: (i) individual registrations byparent/legal guardian registrants, or (ii) team registrations made by organizational head/team coach/team manager registrantswhere participant information is provided to Verbero Selects Group as part of a roster, following which parent/legal guardianregistrants are contacted to complete the participant registration process. Parent/legal guardian consent and registration ismandatory for all minor children to be registered as participants in Verbero Selects Group events and activities.

If you are submitting third party Personal Information to Verbero Selects Group in connection with your registration, whetheras an organizational head, team coach, team manager, parent/legal guardian or otherwise, you are confirming to Verbero SelectsGroup that: (i) you have the legal authority to submit such information to Verbero Selects Group, (ii) you have advised all suchpersons that you will be providing his/her/their name and contact information to Verbero Selects Group in connection with identifiedServices, and (iii) that you have obtained express consent from the third party to provide his/her/their Personal Information toVerbero Selects Group for these purposes.

By registering a participant, you as the parent/legal guardian are agreeing that the organizational head, team coach or team managershall have access to all communications relevant to the participant as a team member for the duration of the team event and relatedactivities.

Participants who are under the age of majority are NOT permitted to register directly for Verbero Selects Group Services and must beregistered by a parent/legal guardian as part of the registration process.

Verbero Selects Group does not knowingly collect Personal Information directly from minor participants during registration, and allcommunications are with his/her/their parent/legal guardian.(iii) Team Registrants

Registrants who are submitting team registrations to Verbero Selects Group for a Verbero Selects Group team event will register as aregistrant with Verbero Selects Group and as part of their registration, provide Verbero Selects Group with a roster containing participantnames, birth dates and parent/legal guardian email addresses. By submitting a roster to Verbero Selects Group, you represent and warrant toVerbero Selects Group that: (i) you have the authority to/are lawfully submitting such information to Verbero Selects Group, (ii) you haveadvised all such persons that you will be providing his/her/their name and contact information to Verbero Selects Group in connection withidentified Services, and (iii) that you have obtained express consent from the third party to provide his/her/their Personal Information toVerbero Selects Group for these purposes.

Verbero Selects Group will use the provided Personal Information provided to contact the parent/legal guardian concerning the Verbero SelectsGroup event or activity.

By giving express consent to the registrant to provide the participant’s Personal Information to Verbero Selects Group for team registrationpurposes, you as the parent/legal guardian are agreeing that the team coach or team manager shall have access to all communications relevantto the participant as a team member for the duration of the team event and related activities.

Information We Collect or Receive When You Attend Our Events Or Activities And/OR Subscribe For Our ServicesVerbero Selects Group also collects or receives Personal Information about you when you attend our events or activities and when you subscribefor and use our Services.(i) Subscriptions for Verbero Selects News

Subject to the communication options that you have selected, Verbero Selects Group provides a subscription e-newsletter sent via emailconcerning notable happenings in terms of hockey and Verbero Selects Group events, activities, undertakings and other Services.(ii) Photographs, Recordings and Broadcasting Rights

As a condition of attendance and participation in Verbero Selects Group events and activities, Verbero Selects Group reserves the right to takephotographs and audio/video recordings of all Verbero Selects Group events and activities forming part of the Services and to broadcast same.Registrants and participants are required to sign a waiver and may be photographed and recorded as part of Verbero Selects Group's activities(either by Verbero Selects Group or by designated service providers) in connection with Verbero Selects Group events. Verbero Selects Group hasthe right to collect and use such Personal Information and the right to publish, distribute and broadcast same among additional rights reservedto Verbero Selects Group as per the Photographs, Recordings and Broadcasting Consent and Release that forms part of the Terms, Conditions, Waiverand Release Document already executed by all Registrants.(iii) Team and Player Information

In connection with event administration, and as part of its business and promotional undertakings, Verbero Selects Group may assemble, distributeand publish on its website and any apps we offer or otherwise event schedules, roster information, participant player game information and statistics,play level and age groups, and other game play information (goals, penalty minutes etc.), participant player positions and other pertinent information.(iv) Website and Technology

Verbero Selects Group may collect information from you automatically when you access our website, any app we provide or use our Services on a computeror mobile device ("Usage Information"). Usage Information may include your IP address, device identifier information (which may include without limitationthe type/brand of device you are using, device identifiers unique to your device, your internet service provider, and depending on your permissions, contentthat you have stored on your phone), browser type, operating system, information about your use of our website, any app we provide and our Services, and dataregarding network connected hardware (such as computers or mobile devices), search engines used and the length of time spent on the Services and your website use,order and activity.

When you register for Services with Verbero Selects Group for which payment is required, payment is processed through third party registration/data processing servicecontractors as part of the registration process and are subject to third party terms and conditions as indicated above. While Verbero Selects Group will collect andmaintain information in respect of your registration and registration history, including that payment has been successfully provided, Verbero Selects Group does notretain your credit card information.

Verbero Selects Group may also make available for sale certain products or services on its website or through any app we offer from time to time. In order to facilitateyour purchase and to provide for shipping services of purchased product, registration for a Verbero Selects Group account may be required, and we may collect your name,address, email address and telephone number, and refer you to a third party registration/data processing service contractor for payment. Verbero Selects Group does notdirectly administer payment processing. Third party terms may apply and will be indicated at the time of sale. Verbero Selects Group may retain a history of any productpurchases in connection with your Verbero Selects Group account.

Verbero Selects Group is a Business User of the payment solutions offered by Stripe.com. As an End Customer of Stripe the data you provide to Stripe to facilitate anypayments you are making to Play Hockey Group are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy which can be found athttps://stripe.com/en-ca/privacy.

Verbero Selects group may also use alternative payment providers and reserves this exclusive right. Providers such as Shopify may be used and respective privacy policiesremain in place for each. Payments may be facilitated via UNIFY TEAM LLC, either via their online platform or App, where the privacy policy and terms of use apply.

Information from Third-Party Sources

Verbero Selects Group may receive Personal Information from third party sources as reasonably necessary to carry on our Services, subject to your prior consent or in accordancewith applicable laws.

Verbero Selects Group may also acquire Personal Information in connection with our acquisition of other businesses or business assets, which shall be handled and administeredin accordance with applicable laws.

What Personal Information Does Verbero Selects Group Collect?

While requirements for the provision of Personal Information required for particular Services may vary, Verbero Selects Group typically requires the following:

(a) Teams – (i) registrant information to be completed by the organizational head, team coach or team manager registering the team for Verbero Selects Group eventsor activities (see below), and (ii) team roster containing the following information: Participant information: jersey number, gender, phone number, height, weight, passport expiration,passport name, country and citizen country, and (iii) for each participant identified on the team roster, the name and email address of his/her/their parent/legal guardian to be used tofacilitate registration by same for the Verbero Selects Group events or activities identified.
(b) Registrants – (i) Contact Information: full legal name, gender, address, username, mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, email address, user type (e.g parent, coach),location, secondary email address, passport expiration date, passport surname, passport given names, passport country, citizenship country; (ii) Demographic information such as language preference, gender,(iii) Commercial Information; such as Services history, payment information (to be processed by third party registration/data processing service contractors, (iv) Verbero Selects Group waiver information;(v) participant Personal Information (see below) where registrant registers such participant for Play Hockey Group activities; (vi) signature.
(c) Participants – (i) Contact information: full legal name, address, username, mailing address, telephone number, name of parent/legal guardian, date of birth, gender, height, weight,email address, passport expiration date, passport surname, passport given names, passport country, citizenship country; (ii) Experience and previous Verbero Selects Group events or activities; (iii) Healthand Medical Information namely any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications; (iv) Emergency Contact Information; (v) waiver information.
(d) Usage Information – from all users of our website or any app we may offer, Verbero Selects Group may collect information such as browser type, operating system, internet or mobile network provider,website access time, duration of visit, referring website address, browsing and search history on our websites, and information regarding your interactions with our website, advertisements, social media pages and that you otherwise submit to us.
(e) Geolocation data may be collected if you subscribe for any location-enabled services in respect of your computer or mobile device.
(f) Communications you provide to us through communications with you, such as information you provide by telephone, as part of email exchanges, or social media posts.

facilitate, manage, personalize, and improve your event, activity and online experiences;

Third party access to participant information will not be provided except with the consent of the registrant and the participant and in accordance with applicable laws.
Registrant access to participant Personal Information maintained by Verbero Selects Group shall cease upon the participant reaching the age of majority in his/her/their jurisdiction of residence, and at such point, the participant shall be the contact point for his/her/their Personal Information.
All information relevant to the participant will be provided to his/her/their parent/legal guardian who is a registrant, and information concerning Verbero Selects Group events/activities will also be available on our website or through any app we offer.
(iii) For team registrations: the organizational head, coach or team manager that registered the team shall receive all relevant notices for participants on their roster.

Verbero Selects Group does not send marketing communications of any kind to participants under the age of majority.

Marketing Communications

We rely on your consent to send you direct marketing email messages about our products, Services and promotions and to deliver targeted advertisements to you by any approved communication source, including emails and text messages.

Restricting Information and Opting Out

If you do not provide certain information to us, we may, in some circumstances, be unable to provide you with the Services that you request. We will tell you about the implications of not providing certain information.
